Privacy policy

Spruikly is operated by Food Consolidated Pty Ltd (ABN 81 653 048 929) ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

• Website addresses you enter into our tools, and the results of those checks.
• Your email address if you join the waitlist or ask for a report.
• Your name, phone, business details and message if you place an order.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) used to prevent abuse and enforce free-use limits.

How we use it

• To run the checks you request and send you reports.
• To respond to orders and deliver services.
• To tell you about Spruikly plans and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, as required by the Spam Act 2003.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email (Resend), payments (Stripe) and Google's PageSpeed Insights API for speed tests. Some of these store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We never sell your information.

Access and correction

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@spruikly.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first. If we don't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
