Why your email address matters
A Gmail, Hotmail or Bigpond address on your van, quotes and website quietly tells customers you're small-time. An address at your own domain looks established and stays with you if you change internet provider.
Deliverability matters just as much. Since 2024, Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook have tightened their sender rules. Email from domains without SPF, DKIM and DMARC is more likely to land in spam, and scammers can more easily send fake invoices in your name.

- Will I lose my old Gmail?
- No. We forward your old address to the new one, so nothing gets missed while customers update their contacts.
- What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
- Three DNS records that prove emails from your domain are really from you. SPF lists who can send, DKIM signs each email, and DMARC tells inboxes what to do with fakes. All three are free to set up.
