These terms apply to your use of spruikly.com and services provided by Food Consolidated Pty Ltd (ABN 81 653 048 929).

Free tools

The free tools are provided as-is for information. Results are automated estimates and don't guarantee any search ranking. Only check websites you own or have a legitimate reason to check. Don't use the tools to overload or attack any website. We may limit or block use that looks automated or abusive.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in AUD. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Done-for-you services

We confirm the scope of each order by email before starting. If we can't deliver what's listed in the package, you get a full refund. Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting and email accounts are paid by you directly to the provider.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to resupplying the service or refunding what you paid for it. We aren't responsible for changes search engines or AI providers make to how they rank or display results.
